1. Service Bookings & Payments
- All payments made for coaching sessions, training programs, or workshops must be completed in advance to confirm the booking.
- Bookings are subject to availability, and confirmation details will be shared within 24–48 hours of payment.
2. Cancellation by Client
- Individual Coaching Sessions:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for rescheduling without charge.
- Cancellations made within less than 48 hours are non-refundable.
- Workshops / Group Programs:
- Since these involve fixed dates and limited seats, cancellations are non-refundable, but substitutions (nominating another participant) may be allowed with prior notice.
3. Cancellation by SpeakWithAmi
- In the unlikely event that a session, workshop, or program is cancelled or rescheduled by SpeakWithAmi, clients will be offered either:
- A full refund, or
- Rescheduling to a mutually agreed future date.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Transaction charges or payment gateway fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- No partial refunds will be issued once a session or workshop has been attended.
5. Non-Refundable Services
- Digital materials, downloadable resources, and recorded sessions provided as part of a program are strictly non-refundable once delivered.
